We are a fast-growing recruitment agency looking for a creative and passionate Content & Social Media Executive to help grow our brand across social media platforms. If you enjoy creating content, keeping up with trends, and bringing ideas to life through videos and social media, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and XiaoHongShu.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content.
• Design social media posts and recruitment advertisements according to company brand guidelines.
• Research social media trends, viral content, and new content opportunities.
• Generate content ideas and execute them effectively.
• Able to maintain consistent posting.
• Attend content shoots, company events, and marketing activities when required.
• Travel locally or overseas for content creation projects when required.

Minimum Requirements

• SPM qualification and above.
• Passionate about content creation and social media.
• Familiar with video editing and content creation software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Familiar with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and XiaoHongShu.
• Able to shoot content using smartphones, cameras, and content creation equipment.
• Creative and able to generate content ideas independently.
• Good communication skills and able to present ideas clearly.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
• Reliable, committed, and willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Portfolio, social media account, or previous content creation work is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can think of an idea, shoot it, edit it, post it, and consistently create content that attracts attention and engages audiences. Experience is a bonus, but passion, creativity, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
